Profiled was Devlin Eugene Wubbena, MCTC student as of Fall 2007 and registered level-three sex offender denoting him as most likely to re-offend.

All students attending college at MCTC will pay the same tuition rate, effective fall semester 2007, no matter which state they call home. During Minnesota’s latest 2007 legislative session, a bill was passed effectively ending MCTC’s need for reciprocity.

Al Franken To Speak At MCTC October 8th

Al Franken, a Democratic candidate for the U.S. senate, will be speaking to MCTC students Monday October 8th as part of his “college week” tour through 11 Minnesota universities. From 11:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. Mr. Franken will meet with 80 to 100 students in room L-3000 to discuss issues concerning college students in Minnesota.
