Abraham Rizvi is a 19 year-old Pakistani-American Muslim student at MCTC pursuing a B.A. with a double major in political science & statistical practice, as well as a minor in philosophy. Leading up to this point, Abraham has spent six years studying Mandarin Chinese. Additionally, he is an Eagle Scout, and a black belt in TaeKwonDo. On his free time, he enjoys volunteering with local campaigns, painting and studying philosophy.

Abraham intends on pursuing a career in politics. He is beginning this by serving on the planning commission and the charter commission for the city of Brooklyn Center, MN. On top of this, he serves as the precinct chair in the Senate District 40 Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party. Beyond that, he serves as the director for the SD40 DFL as well.

Abraham has a passion for serving the communities he is surrounded by, hence he is serving as the Student Director of Health & Sustainability. Beyond that, Abraham is in the process of starting a non-profit organization within his city of Brooklyn Center.
