Oklahoma City’s Kevin Durant and Cleveland’s LeBron James are the NBA’s most dynamic players. The superstars have enjoyed consistent success on the court. Both players have been compared to basketball legends. Durant and James have different skill sets. The two players are night and day.

Kevin Durant possesses a dangerous killer instinct. His career FG% is 0.479 and he passed Michael Jordan’s 25-point game scoring streak on April 7, 2014. The former Seattle Supersonic was crowned the scoring champion in 2010, 2011,2012, and 2014.

James has set multiple triple-doubles and became third player in NBA history to record at least 4419 points, 1332 rebounds, and 1019 assists. He has been selected to six All-Defensive teams and coaches have placed him at multiple positions including point guard and center.

Current superstars are consistently compared to previous legends. Fans feel like these players mimic the game’s previous pioneers. Kevin Durant’s pure scoring ability and hunger reminds me of Kobe Bryant. LeBron James’ versatility on both sides of the court is Magic Johnson-like.
