Stay fit without leaving campus

Campus Recreation and Wellness offers a variety of resources to students, from sporting events, classes and gym time to challeneges, like the Strong Student Competion pictured and the 2016-17 MCTC Fitness Challenge. Participants of the fitness challenge receive 1 point per 30 minute workout completed in the weight room or gym. Sign-in and workout to gain points and win prizes. For more information:
